What's the MAT?

The MAT is a patented process for combing multiple standards into a single organizational measurement. It is not a survey, nor is it an expensive custom assessment. It's a little of both. It can be used in a rigorous manner or as an automated online technical intereview. Because of the way the standards are put together, the same measurment can be used for dozens of different purposes, from staffing to portfolio management and vendor tools selection.
